| Teenager Jailed for 6 Months for stealing Mattress |
Osun state Magistrate has sentence a 19 years old man alleged for stealing a Mattress worth of #8000. According to a source, the 19 years old man was charged into eight month imprisonment for stealing a Mattress. it was stated that the offence committed by the teenager was contrary to and punishable under Section 390(9) of the Criminal Code, Law of Osun State. The man found guilty burst into tears and told the court that he thought the mattress had been thrown out. Someone however made an objection that the teenager should pay amount of #5000 as fine. He busted into cries that he doesn't have money on him. for God so good, a man passing by helped him with the money and he finally cleared himself. He said he didn't know, he thought the owner has dump the Mattress.
