#BayelsaDecides: Bayelsa Tribunal Upholds Governor Dickson's Election

The Bayelsa State election petition tribunal has upheld the election of Governor Seriake Dickson of the PDP, whose election was challenged by the APC candidate Timipre Sylva. The court said the January 9, 2016, supplementary election was proper and valid. This settles the case, at least for now.
