Amnesty: More Arm Groups Surrendered To Gov. Okorocha (PHOTOS)

Another set of armed grouped which they identified themselves as ‘Red Scorpion’ has surrendered their arms and ammunition in the presence of their governor, Rochas Okorocha in respect to the amnesty programme offered to them by the government.
