The Federal High Court sitting in Ado Ekiti has ordered the unfreezing of the accounts of Ekiti State Governor, Ayo Fayose, domiciled in Zenith Bank.
The presiding judge, Justice Taiwo Taiwo, ruled that Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) did not follow the laid down processes in freezing the accounts.
