When news about these strange occurrences are heard, many people web the happenings around the fact that the world is coming to an end. That may be a possibility as many of these things are mystifying and are capable of leaving people petrified.

An 82-year-old woman has given the world a huge shock! She suddenly showed up at her daughter’s doorstep after everyone thought she was dead. According to them, she had been dead for more than 40 years.

Her loved ones had performed the final rites on them after she had been confirmed dead. She was bitten by a snake and was reported to have died from the venom. Her body was thrown into a river after the funeral rites were performed.

The woman who was identified as Vilasa disclosed that she did not die from the snake bite as it only left her unconscious. She had difficulty remembering who she was and where she came from after she regained consciousness.

She revealed that the fishermen had rescued her after she was thrown into the river. Afterwards, she lived far away from her relatives for 40 years until she started to remember things again. It was when she gained her memory that she contacted her family members who were shocked with grief.

The news of this woman’s return from the grave is highly disturbing as she had been bitten by a black cobra in a field she had gone to work in 1976. Vilasa lived in Inayatpur village in Majahwan town which is located in Uttar Pradesh state, north Indian. The traditional healer she was taken to was unable to help her thus, she was pronounced dead.

She was thrown into the Ganga river as witnessed by her relatives and loved ones. The family members who were grieving left the scene expecting her body to float off. Some local fishermen discovered she was still alive; they took her to a temple where she became conscious with no memory of the past.

She stayed in the temple while living a new life. She only went back to her family when she regained her memory completely. This made her go in search of her family. Vilasa has two daughters identified as Ram Kumari and Munni. These ladies were in total shock when their supposed dead mother showed up.
